Cathy is the owner of Total Finance Solutions LLC. She has over 30 years of business, real estate, and banking experience. Her prior work has included working as a bank commercial lender and managing an accounting department for a real estate developer as CFO. During her prior work in both banking and CFO work, she saw that business owners need a financial partner that can manage the financial side of their business, so they can focus on their product, service, and sales. Many of these businesses do not need a full-time CFO. Cathy is considered by her peers and clients as a QuickBooks expert, and she also has some experience with other accounting software.
Cathy started her business over 15 years ago and has worked with clients including non-profit and for-profit businesses, service and finance companies, transportation/logistic companies, and real estate development companies. She has managed and supervised the accounting for complex projects. These include business owners that own multiple businesses, and real estate developers that utilize many types of tax credits.
